From the Founder's Desk

When I look back on my journey of nearly two decades, I see a path filled with learning, resilience, and purpose. I began my career in law, navigating diverse domains such as contractual law, employment and labour law, diversity and inclusion, PoSH, ABAC, data privacy, intellectual property, and even specialised licensing regimes in the US and UK for industries like insurance, healthcare, and utilisation review.

Like many women, my career has been interwoven with my personal milestones. I took my first break when my son was born, and a decade later, another to raise my daughter. Both times, I returned stronger, more determined, and with a renewed sense of value — because I truly believe that breaks don’t diminish our worth; they enrich it.

After 15+ years in various corporate roles, I took my second break in mid-2019, cherishing precious time with my young daughter and family. Soon after, the world changed with COVID-19. In late 2020, re-energised and brimming with ideas, I stepped back into the professional world and began my entrepreneurial journey. I experimented with litigation, consulting, and training, and in 2023, I had my “a-ha” moment — I had found my true calling.

That calling became AD-roit LinkS. The word “Adroit” stands for resourcefulness and skill, while “Links” reflects my belief in creating meaningful connections and collaborations. Together, they embody my vision: to build a community that shares knowledge, offers guidance, and works collectively to create better workplaces — places where people are valued equally, regardless of gender, caste, community, nationality, or religion.

With AD-roit LinkS, I move forward with purpose — to connect, collaborate, and create positive change, one workplace at a time.
