Founded in 2022, Ad-roit Links brings the vision and expertise of our founder, Leeza Dutta Singh, who has been practising law for over 19 years. We’ve grown from a passionate idea into a trusted compliance and workplace safety partner for organisations across India in a short span of time. Meet Our Founder
With over 20 years of experience in corporate law, Leeza Dutta Singh is recognised as a trusted advisor and thought leader in PoSH compliance, workplace ethics, diversity and inclusion, and corporate governance. As a licensed attorney registered with the Delhi Bar Council, she has counselled leading Indian and international organisations on corporate compliance, employment and labour laws, business and technology transactions, and policy design.
An ICSI-certified PoSH trainer, Leeza has delivered 3000+ training sessions for lawyers, police officials, doctors, faculty members, court staff, and corporate teams, C-suite leaders, helping organisations go beyond legal compliance to create safer, more inclusive workplaces. She also serves as an External Member on Internal Committees across corporates and higher educational institutions, ensuring fair and unbiased grievance redressal.
Her career includes leadership roles in respected corporates like EXL, Innodata Inc., and Clairvolex IP Solutions, along with extensive exposure to US, EU, and Australian business regulations. Known for simplifying complex legal frameworks, she combines technical expertise with practical strategies that organisations can implement immediately.
