Dr.Parul Gurudev is a seasoned legal professional and a practicing Lawyer in Delhi, NCR having an extensive practice of 16+ years in all aspects of Constitutional Law, Family Law, Insurance Law, Service Matters, Employment Law, Banking Litigation including Consumer Complaints, Debt Recovery Suits while keeping abreast with the ever evolving SEBI regulations and compliance. She also deals with Service matters and appears regularly before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and CAT. Dr. Parul provides clear and thoughtful guidance to help clients achieve positive outcomes. Of utmost importance to her in her daily practice is finding practical and ethical solutions that enable clients to pursue their passion and purpose while easing their worries with top quality legal care. Dr. Parul Gurudev is a passionate academician and is a visiting professor of law at Amity University, Noida. Dr. Parul is a strong advocate of gender-equality and regularly speaks about the rights under Constitutional Law, Civil Laws, Family Laws, PoSH.  At Amity University, Noida, she teaches courses on Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Land Laws, Family Law & Constitutional Law. She has authored several articles which are published in National and International peer reviews and journals.

Parul is a post graduate in law from the Amity University and holds a Ph.D degree from L.N.C.T University (Bhopal)
