An APAC Legal professional with 20 years’ experience in corporate governance, general commercial advice, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, legal operations, contract negotiation & management, litigation, dispute resolution, international arbitration, regulatory compliance and shared legal services for various business sectors (Power/Construction/Manufacturing/ IT & ITES).

Prashant has an extensive experience in general corporate and commercial laws. He has worked closely with large number of international and domestic corporations such as Infosys, CSC, Andritz, Syntel, Integreon too name a few with respect to their business in India and abroad and has negotiated multimillion values of government/private deals in APAC region.

He has rich experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining internal processes, policies, SOPs, workflows, guidelines, knowledge material, and programs, improvements and/or solutions for APAC clients.

He has also advised several clients on strategizing in dispute resolution, negotiation and settlement etc. before domestic and international forums (such as – ICC, SIAC)
Prashant is well versed with global construction contracts, such as – FIDIC, World Bank, JICA, AS/NZS, Orgalime and other EPC/EPCC/EPS drafts.

Prashant is a law graduate from Delhi University, Faculty of Law and also a BA Maths(H) from Hindu College.
